This weeks goal – October 17 2011

This week I am going to:

  • Log my food every day
  • Continue with my daily crunches
  • Continue cycling twice a week
  • Get walking, either outside (like today) or on the treadmill everyday
  • Continue to say my daily prayer each morning

All of this is to make manageable the goal of running my first 5K in the spring.  By November I want to be back to jogging just a smidge on the treadmill.

    • That’s what friends are for! My son was begging for apple pie today so tomorrow I’m going to make it with whole wheat flour and less fat – part of me hopes it taste bad so I won’t be tempted!!!

      I’m proud of me – today we made pumpkin cheesecake at the Mom’s group and I ate only my little tiny slice! To balance that out I ate an extra slice of pizza at dinner, so I’m not sure I came out too well overall, but I do think the extra slice of pizza was less than a second slice of the cheesecake!
