Weekend Preparation

Well, tomorrow I’ll be having lunch at a catered conference.  I have no idea what will be there, so how do I prepare?

First, I will have to exercise early as I need to leave the house by 8:15.  I’ll take my water bottle and two snack bags.  I’ll also take a few extra prayers so I have the strength to resist the cookies and donuts that usually appear at such events.
