Head colds and workouts do not mix

I am just beginning to feel sick, so I thought my workout today would help. It would get the blood moving, warm me up so its not comfie for the germs… But I was so wrong. Head colds and h.i.t. Workout did not mix well! Five minutes in and the pain was just too much. I decided to offer the pain up and will warm up in the tub instead… Time for garlic and soup.
